Abstract:
In 2016 the Republic of Serbia pased the new General Administrative Procedure Act, which regulate administrative contract as a new legal institute, with only five articlеs. The paper presents the problems that brings this way of legal regulation. As a result, there are numerous dilemmas and contradictions.
